Title: Reception Manager
Location: Carlow
Salary: €35-40k
Duties & Responsibilities:
- To greet guests in a warm and friendly manner outlining the facilities of the Hotel.
- Check in and out guests efficiently and professionally according to agreed standard operating procedures.
- To oversee that all departmental floats are signed in and out in the correct manner.
- To pass over correct and detailed information to the following shift ‘pass-over’.
- To develop and motivate your team will be a key focus.
- To ensure all mandatory training and SOPs are maintained.
- Assist with the recruitment & selection process ensuring that we recruit the best in the business.
Candidate:
- 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar 4*/ 5* property.
- Ability to manage a team and create a cost effective roster.
- Hotsoft experience is beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to cope well under pressure.
- Be flexible, adaptable, approachable and to lead by example.
