Role: Order Picker / Warehouse Operative

Location: South Dublin

Salary: €30K – €32K

Our client based in the Dublin South area is looking for an experienced Order Picker/ Warehouse Operative to join their dynamic team. This position is an immediate start and offers a competitive salary for the right candidate.

Role Requirements:

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners or pick sheets.
• Load and unload deliveries from lorries and vans.
• Receive, sort, and store incoming goods following warehouse procedures.
• Ensure all orders are correctly labelled and ready for dispatch.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Carry out stock checks and report any discrepancies.
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet trucks, forklifts – if trained).

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years warehouse or order picking experience.
• Good level of physical fitness – role involves lifting and being on your feet.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including possible weekends or shifts.
• Forklift license desirable but not essential.
