Hygiene Supervisor Full Time

Role: Hygiene Supervisor

Location: North Dublin

Salary: €17 per hour

At Broadline Recruiters we are currently seeking an experienced and detail-orientated Hygiene Supervisor to join a dynamic team based in the North Dublin area.

Role Requirements:

• Supervise daily hygiene operations across the site, including production, storage, and waste management areas.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to schedule and meet required standards.
• Conduct regular hygiene and sanitation audits, inspections, and swab testing in line with internal policies and customer standards.
• Monitor and maintain hygiene records, including cleaning schedules, checklists, and corrective action logs.
• Train and coach hygiene operatives in safe chemical handling, equipment use, and hygiene best practices.
• Manage stock levels of cleaning materials and PPE, raising purchase requisitions as needed.
• Investigate hygiene-related non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience (2 – 3 years) in a hygiene or sanitation supervisory role.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols and schedules.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and able to work shifts if required – (15:00 – 23:00).
• IT literate – able to use Microsoft Office and hygiene management systems.
