Role: Hygiene Operative

Location: North Dublin

Salary: €14 – €15 per hour

Our client, based in the North Dublin area are currently seeking a proactive and detail-orientated Hygiene Operative to join their dynamic team.

Role Requirements:

• Carry out daily cleaning schedules across warehouse areas including production zones, storage, waste areas, and staff facilities.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard in accordance with company policies and hygiene procedures.
• Assist with hygiene auditing.
• Clean machinery, racking, floors, and equipment as per the cleaning SOPs.
• Handle and store cleaning chemicals safely in line with regulations.
• Dispose of waste materials appropriately and keep designated areas tidy.
• Conduct deep cleans during scheduled downtime or as required.
• Complete hygiene records and checklists accurately and on time.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in a hygiene/cleaning role desired.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to follow instructions and work to a cleaning schedule.
• Comfortable working in chilled or cold environments (PPE provided).
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Good communication skills and a team player attitude.
