ROLE DESCIRPTION

Broadline Group is currently looking for highly motivated Area Controller/Supervisor in a fast-paced Irish Leading Food Company based in Dublin North. This role is a permanent role based on a morning shift schedule in a dispatch department . The ideal candidate would be responsible for overseeing dispatch area flow throughout the production site, ensuring both accuracy of inventory levels and adequate rotation of stocks.

KEY RESPOSIBILITIES

• Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing productivity, quality
•  Leading a team and making sure targets and KPI’s are met on daily basis
• Resolving problems; identifying warehouse/dispatch system improvements 
• Making sure all orders are packed, labelled and dispatched correctly
• Making sure staff is up to date with any training
• Ensure accuracy of consignments and supporting documentation for all outbound orders.
• Recommend measures to improve quality of service, increasing efficiency of department and team members and equipment performance.
• Making sure food health and safety policies are being followed and maintained at highest standard

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Experience withing dispatch and warehouse area
• At least 2 years of Previous Team Leader/ Supervision Experience is essential
• Strong Computer / IT skills are essential
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to adhere to meet deadlines.

SHIFTS AVAILABLE :

MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8AM START TIME HOWEVER CANDIDATE MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ON THE WEEKENDS IF NEEDED  

SALARY: €18.95 PER HOUR
