Warehouse Team Lead – North County Dublin Full Time

Location: North Dublin – Transport Required

Salary: €37k

Here at Broadline Recruiters, we are seeking an experienced and professional Warehouse Team Lead for a full-time permanent position. This role, based North Dublin, is Monday to Friday, morning shifts, with an immediate start for the right candidate.

Role Requirements:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of goods-in operatives to meet operational targets and KPIs.
• Allocate tasks based on team skills and daily workload.
• Oversee the receipt of goods from suppliers and ensure they are processed in accordance with company procedures.
• Ensure all deliveries are checked for accuracy, damage, and discrepancies.
• Monitor the quality control of received goods and address any issues with the suppliers.
• Report and resolve any stock discrepancies or inventory issues.
• Ensure all incoming goods are stored safely and within the correct location in the warehouse.
• Liaise with the Operations Manager and other departments to ensure that goods are processed promptly and efficiently.
• Communicate delays or issues with goods to the relevant teams and take appropriate action.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, specifically in goods in/out, inventory management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role, with a demonstrated ability to manage and develop a team.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Forklift certificates.
