Warehouse Supervisor – Dublin 12 Full Time

Role: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: West Dublin

Salary: €37k 

At Broadline Recruiters we are currently seeking an experienced and hard-working Warehouse Supervisor to join a dynamic team based in Ballymount, Dublin 12. 

Role Requirements:

• Physical strength, fitness and dexterity, as they often have to lift heavy packages or work at elevated heights.
• Excellent team-leading skills to effectively collaborate with other members of a warehouse team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer literacy, including knowing how to use scanners and relevant software programs, such as warehouse management systems.
• Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills to coordinate large volumes of goods.
• Honesty and trustworthiness.
• Effective communication skills.
• The ability to work effectively under limited supervision.
• Prior experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain role.
• Valid counterbalance forklift licence and manual handling certification advantageous.

Candidate Requirements:

• Maintaining a safe and clean warehouse. Report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisors promptly.
• Accurately pick, pack and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Ensure product handled safely and efficiently to minimise damage and delays.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Assist with inventory counts and audits.
• Sort, label, and store items in designated locations following inventory management protocols.
• Own Transport required.
• Shift flexibility required.
