Role: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Dublin 12

Salary: €50k – €70k

Role Requirements:

  • Preparation of Bill of Quantities
  • Site Visits and inspections
  • Take-Off and Estimation
  • Compiling Contract Documentation
  • Preparing Cost Reports
  • Preparing Monthly Valuations
  • Preparation and Agreement of Final Account
  • Reporting to senior management

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant degree
  • Preferably Quantity Surveying experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong English, written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team.
