A prestigious 4-star hotel is seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Assistant Director of Sales to join its senior leadership team. This is a high-impact role responsible for leading the sales strategy, increasing market share, and elevating the brand across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets

• Lead and inspire the sales team to deliver outstanding results

• Identify and secure new business and partnership opportunities

• Manage digital campaigns, social media, and online brand reputation

• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy

• Collaborate with revenue and operations teams on pricing and promotions

• Represent the hotel at trade shows and industry networking events

• Monitor guest feedback to enhance loyalty and guest experience

• Deliver performance reports to the senior leadership team

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Assistant Director of Sales in the hospitality sector

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities

• Proficient in CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and data analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality (Master’s a plus)

• Results-oriented, commercially focused, and highly adaptable
