Spa Operations Manager – Luxury 4-Star Hotel

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Spa Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a renowned luxury spa in one of Kildare’s most prestigious 4-star hotels. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader with a strong background in spa and wellness management to oversee a high-performing team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the spa, including treatment rooms, reception, and thermal suite

• Lead, train, and motivate the spa team to ensure five-star service standards

• Drive revenue growth through team performance, treatment upselling, and retail promotions

• Oversee budgeting, cost control, KPI tracking, and performance reporting

• Ensure cleanliness, presentation, and service standards are consistently maintained

• Recruit, schedule, and support the development and performance of spa staff

• Maintain strong supplier relationships and manage stock levels and orders

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years’ experience in a senior spa management role within a luxury or high-end setting

• Recognised Irish beauty or wellness qualifications (e.g., ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO)

• Proven leadership and team development skills

• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and KPIs

• Familiarity with spa software and reporting systems

• A customer-focused mindset with a genuine passion for wellness
