Role: Forklift Operator

Location: Dublin

Salary: €32k – €34k

At Broadline Recruiters we are currently seeking an experienced Forklift Driver for a full-time position for our client based in the Dublin area. Counterbalance, Reach & VNA desirable. Own transport advised.

Role Requirements:

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move stock around the warehouse or site.
• Load and unload lorries, containers, and storage units using forklift.
• Stack and store goods in the correct locations with forklift, according to inventory procedures.
• Perform daily equipment checks and report any faults or maintenance needs for forklift.
• Keep accurate records of stock movements and report any discrepancies.
• Support general warehouse duties as required (e.g., picking, packing, housekeeping).
• Adhere to health and safety standards at all times.

Candidate Requirements:

• Valid forklift licence essential (Counterbalance & Reach)
• At least 2 years’ experience operating a forklift in a warehouse, factory, or yard environment
• Physically fit – role may involve manual handling
• Good attention to detail and safety awareness
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
