Temporary Credit Controller – Dublin 12

Our client in the Dublin 12 is currently seeking an Experienced Credit Controller to join their expanding team. This role requires the candidate to work in an extremely fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will come with over 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Candidates will be needing to have strong numerical and analytical skills.

This position will be starting immediately and will be to cover a maternity period of approximately 11 months.

Role Requirements:

• Manage the day to day credit control activities.  
• Record and track all outgoing calls to customers  
• Active management of overdue debt.
• Dealing with customer queries on a daily basis
• Preparation and issuing of month end reports and statements.
• Assist in the month end closing process.
• Reconcile all transactions
• Accurate and timely reporting of debtor’s ledger.
• Provide support for Accounts Payable, Payroll, etc.
• Ad hoc duties as required.

Candidate Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years credit Control experience
• Conscientious about deadlines with excellent organisational ability.
• Excellent commercial acumen, numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Experience using Sage and excellent computer skills.
• Ability to work as a team player
