We are seeking a Hospitality Manager to oversee the daily operations and ensure that every guest experience meets the highest standards of service and professionalism.
Your responsibilities
As a Hospitality Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service during daytime hours (Monday to Friday).
Supervising and managing a team of hospitality staff to deliver outstanding customer service to all members and visitors.
Ensuring all areas of the property are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness, organization, and comfort.
Responding to member requests and inquiries promptly, professionally, and with a high level of service.
Organizing and overseeing events, workshops, and special programming to enhance the member experience.
Ensuring adherence to all operational procedures and the code of conduct for both staff and members.
Handling guest feedback, complaints, and suggestions with professionalism, ensuring continuous improvement.
Collaborating with the management and support teams to ensure all logistical and hospitality needs are met.
Requirements
Previous experience in a Five Star hospitality management role, preferably in a luxury, five-star environment (hotel, private club, or similar).
Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to manage guest expectations and deliver a high standard of service.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage the operations of the library effectively.
Ability to lead and motivate a team of hospitality staff.
A professional, polished appearance and demeanor, reflecting a five-star standard.
Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest issues with tact and discretion.
Ability to work Monday to Friday, with flexibility for special events or extended hours as needed.
