We are seeking an experienced and motivated Accommodation Manager to join the team at a luxury hotel in Wexford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional with a strong background in housekeeping or accommodation management to lead a dedicated team and ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the accommodation/housekeeping department.

• Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional standards of cleanliness and service.

• Manage stock control, budgets, and departmental administration.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

• Work closely with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Accommodation Manager or in a supervisory housekeeping role within a hotel environment.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.

• A hands-on, guest-focused approach with a commitment to high standards.
