Your responsibilities
As a Front Office Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring high standards of customer service.
Managing and training the front office team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
Handling guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring all special requests are met.
Coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest services.
Resolving guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Managing reservations, room assignments, and ensuring occupancy goals are met.
Ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Maintaining the front office budget, including staffing levels and operational costs.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or Assistant Manager in a 3-star or similar environment.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest relations.
Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Hotsoft).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
