Field Services Technician Full Time NEW

Our client is looking for a Field Service Technician to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities:

• Attend customer sites to inspect, diagnose, and repair issues with windows and doors.
• Carry out remedial works following installations to ensure products meet company standards
• Perform routine maintenance and service checks
• Identify faults and determine appropriate solutions efficiently on-site
• Ensure all work is completed to health and safety standards
• Provide clear explanations and advice to customers on product use and care
• Complete service reports, job sheets, and photographic records using company systems
• Liaise with internal teams (installations, customer service, warehouse) regarding parts and scheduling
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and stock levels
• Liaise with office staff on all site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks/issues.
• Carrying out solutions on first visit whenever possible.
• Properly update and maintain all reporting in company apps or software.
• Ensure you service vehicle is adequately stocked with all standards items and tools to be able to complete tasks on first call. 

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous construction industry experience
• Working knowledge of the commercial window and doors sector.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and work proactively to resolve issues.
• Full Driving License
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
• Safe pass and manual handling
