Site Manager – Windows & Doors Full Time NEW

Our client is looking for a site manager and is a specialist contractor in the supply and installation of high-quality windows and doors across residential and commercial projects. The Site Manager will be responsible for managing the installation of windows and doors on-site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification. This includes coordinating installation teams, liaising with main contractors and clients, and maintaining quality and programme standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site activities for window and door installation projects
• Coordinate installation teams, subcontractors, and deliveries
• Ensure works are carried out in line with drawings, specifications, and programme
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines
• Develop and manage short-term programmes and installation schedules
• Coordinate with main contractors and other trades to ensure sequencing alignment
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
• Ensure installations meet required standards and manufacturer specifications
• Carry out inspections and snagging throughout the project
• Manage defects and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain quality records and handover documentation
• Act as the main point of contact on-site for clients and main contractors

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant construction qualification (preferred)
• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor within windows, doors, or façade installation
• Strong understanding of installation processes, including glazing systems, frames, and finishes
• Experience working on construction sites with main contractors
