Our client is looking for a Construction Project Manager in the South Dublin Area. This is a key leadership role overseeing construction of 140 residential units from inception to completion, ensuring high standards of delivery, safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage staff and subcontractors to ensure deadlines are achieved and strict budgets adhered to.
Create and update project programmes and trackers, keeping the site team in the loop, on progress and highlighting any issues early.
Liaise with clients regularly to keep them updated, address any issues, and ensure expectations are met throughout the project.
Review and agree project management cost assessments and monthly evaluations with the QS team
Prepare, manage, and review subcontract tender packages including specifications, scopes of work, and schedules.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for clients and subcontractors.
Prepare, develop, and review project quality plans, ensuring full compliance with company quality policies.
Initiate and manage all post-audit actions.
Liaise closely with the Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management teams.
