Site Engineer Full Time NEW

Our client is looking for a motivated and experienced site engineer to join their team.

Role Requirements:

• Responsible for the day-to-day leadership, coordination, and performance of on-site crews delivering residential project
• Lead and manage the site engineering team to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of day-to-day activities.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Manage and give constructive feedback to your team and provide training and coaching where appropriate.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor progress and resolve any engineering-related issues.
• Provide technical advice and support to the site team, including contractors and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with surveyors and other stakeholders to ensure accurate data is used for the project.
• Monitor progress and performance against project timelines and report on any deviations.

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Five years’ experience in a similar role
• Ability to effectively manage site programmes to required deadlines
• Excellent record keeping skills coupled with the ability to effectively deal with design issues
• Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/Powerproject
• Full drivers licence
