Contracts Manager – Concrete Frame Full Time NEW

Our client a leading Concrete Frames Contractor is looking for a Contracts Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will oversee the construction, and delivery of projects, ensuring completion on time and within budget while meeting client expectations. This key senior role involves leading site management teams, fostering client relationships, maintaining high standards in safety, quality, and programme compliance, and contributing to the strategic direction of the company as part of the Senior Management Team.

The Role

• Oversee a portfolio of concrete frame and structural projects simultaneously
• Ensure all works are delivered in line with programme, budget, and specification
• Provide leadership and direction to Project Managers and Site Teams
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
• Drive productivity and efficient resource allocation across sites
• Work closely with Commercial/Quantity Surveying teams on cost control
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow
• Identify and manage variations, claims, and value engineering opportunities
• Contribute to tender reviews and project handover processes
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
• Promote a strong safety culture across all sites
• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with main contractors and consultants
• Mentor and support Project Managers and engineers.

The Requirements

• Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in a Contracts Manager role within concrete frame or RC structures
• Strong background managing multiple construction projects
• Experience working with main contractors on large-scale developments
• Demonstrable commercial awareness and cost control experience.
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
