Night Manager Full Time

Our clients based in Galway is seeking an experienced Night Manager to oversee all night operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and guest-focused professional with a strong background in hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Night Manager will manage the smooth running of the hotel during night hours
• Night Manager will ensure the safety and security of guests and staff
• Night Manager will complete night audits, reporting, and handovers to day teams
• Night Manager will handle late check-ins, early check-outs, and guest requests
• Night Manager will conduct regular property checks and address any issues promptly
• Night Manager will lead the night team, maintaining excellent service standards
• Night Manager will respond effectively to emergencies and follow procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Night Manager or Night Supervisor in a hotel
• Proficiency in Opera/Hotsoft or similar front office systems
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Calm under pressure with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Good understanding of hotel operations and service standards
• Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and public holidays
