Hotel Operations Manager – 4-Star Hotel | Wexford

Salary: €45,000 – €55,000 DOE
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

On behalf of our client, we are recruiting an experienced Operations Manager for a well-established 4-star hotel in Wexford.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a strong hotel operator with experience across Rooms and Food & Beverage in a standards-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations across Rooms and F&B

• Support and lead departmental heads to maintain high service standards

• Drive guest experience, consistency, and operational excellence

• Monitor staffing levels, rotas, and operational efficiencies

• Ensure compliance with health & safety and hotel operating standards

• Act as a visible leader across the property

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as an Operations Manager, Deputy GM, or Senior Hotel Manager

• Background in a 4-star hotel environment (or higher)

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Hands-on, organised, and commercially aware

• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
