About the Role
Broadline Recruiters are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager for a busy 4-star hotel in Cavan. This role requires a senior hotel operations professional with proven experience leading departments, maintaining standards and driving service excellence.

Your Responsibilities
As Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing day-to-day hotel operations across key departments
• Supporting department heads with standards, training and performance
• Managing guest service, service recovery and operational consistency
• Monitoring labour, costs, revenue opportunities and departmental results
• Working closely with senior management to deliver business objectives

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in your current senior hotel operations role
• Previous experience as Operations Manager, Deputy General Manager or senior hotel manager
• Strong 4-star hotel operational experience
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong standards, commercial awareness and guest service focus
