About the Role
Broadline Recruiters are currently seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager for a busy venue in Dublin City. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on hospitality manager who can support daily operations, lead teams and deliver excellent service standards.

Your Responsibilities
As Assistant General Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the General Manager with daily venue operations
• Leading front-of-house teams during busy service periods
• Maintaining service standards, guest satisfaction and operational controls
• Supporting stock, rosters, training, labour costs and team performance
• Assisting with sales, events, compliance and financial targets

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Assistant General Manager, Operations Manager or strong Duty Manager
• Strong hospitality, bar or restaurant management experience
• Excellent leadership and guest service skills
• Ability to work in a busy Dublin City venue
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving ability
