About the Role
Broadline Recruiters are currently seeking an experienced Chef de Partie for a busy and standards-driven hospitality property in Dublin City. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated chef who enjoys working with fresh food, high standards and a professional kitchen team.

Your Responsibilities
As Chef de Partie, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard
• Managing your section during busy service periods
• Supporting senior chefs with menu preparation and daily kitchen operations
• Maintaining HACCP, food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
• Working as part of a professional and organised kitchen team

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef experience
• Good knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen
• Strong attention to detail and pride in food presentation
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Salary & Benefits
