We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our client’s team as Food & Beverage Manager.
Reporting directly to the Head of Operations responsibilities include:
· Food and Beverage Manager will ensure the efficient daily running of the Weddings & Events operation.
· Food and Beverage Manager will always maintain brand standards
· Food and Beverage Manager will supervise, mentor, develop and train team members to department standards
· Food and Beverage Manager will deal with all customer requests and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction
· Food and Beverage Manager will ensure cash and always stock control in the food & beverage outlet under management
· Food and Beverage Manager will assist in achieving departmental revenue and cost targets
· Food and Beverage Manager will ensure the hotel mission and core values are always maintained
· Food and Beverage Manager will liaise with sales in maximising sales for the Weddings & Events department
· Food and Beverage Manager will adhere to HACCP and health and safety procedures
· Food and Beverage Manager will assist or manage daily operations in the main hotel as required
The successful candidate will have:
· Excellent attention to detail and previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager in a high-volume wedding venue and/ or hotel
· Excellent people management skills and ability to motivate the team
· Knowledge of cash and stock control systems
· Spoken and written English is essential
