About the Role
Broadline Recruiters are currently seeking an experienced Duty Manager for a busy 4-star hotel in Dublin West. This role would suit a hands-on hotel professional with strong guest service, front office and food and beverage experience.

Your Responsibilities
As Duty Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing daily hotel operations while on duty
• Supporting front office, food and beverage and accommodation teams
• Handling guest queries, complaints and service recovery
• Ensuring service standards, safety procedures and hotel policies are followed
• Completing handovers, reports and operational checks

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a hotel
• Strong guest service and operational experience
• Ability to lead teams during busy shifts
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in a 4-star hotel is an advantage
