About the Role
Broadline Recruiters are currently recruiting an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie for a prestigious Michelin star restaurant. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and detail-focused pastry chef to join a highly skilled kitchen team, work to exceptional standards and further develop within a fine dining environment.

Your Responsibilities
As Pastry Chef de Partie, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and presenting high-quality pastry dishes to Michelin star standards
• Managing your section during prep and service
• Supporting menu development, seasonal dishes and daily mise en place
• Maintaining consistency, presentation and attention to detail across all dishes
• Ensuring full compliance with HACCP, hygiene and food safety standards
• Working closely with senior chefs in a professional, standards-driven kitchen

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or strong Demi Pastry Chef
• Fine dining, Michelin, luxury hotel or high-end restaurant experience is highly desirable
• Strong pastry skills with excellent presentation and attention to detail
• Passion for quality ingredients, precision and high standards
• Ability to work well under pressure as part of a professional kitchen team
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
