About the Role
Broadline Recruiters are currently recruiting an experienced Digital Marketing Manager for a growing hospitality group in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and commercially focused marketing professional with strong digital, social media, content and campaign management experience within hospitality, hotels, restaurants or a similar customer-focused industry.

Your Responsibilities
As Digital Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing digital marketing activity across the group’s websites, social media channels and online platforms
• Creating engaging content, campaigns and promotional activity to drive brand awareness and revenue
• Managing paid social, email marketing, SEO, online listings and digital advertising campaigns
• Working closely with senior management, operations and sales teams to support business objectives
• Monitoring campaign performance, reporting on results and identifying opportunities for growth
• Ensuring brand consistency across all digital channels, photography, menus, events and promotional material

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, Marketing Executive or Social Media Manager
• Hospitality, hotel, restaurant, venue or lifestyle brand experience is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of social media, content creation, email marketing and digital campaigns
• Excellent written communication, attention to detail and creative ability
• Commercial mindset with the ability to drive engagement, bookings, enquiries and brand growth
• Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, email platforms or website CMS systems is an advantage
