About the Role
Broadline Recruiters are currently seeking an experienced Front of House Manager for a luxury hotel in Dublin South. This role would suit a polished and guest-focused hotel professional with strong front office leadership, standards and team management experience.

Your Responsibilities
As Front of House Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing front office, guest service and arrival experience
• Leading, training and developing the front-of-house team
• Maintaining luxury service standards across all guest touchpoints
• Handling guest feedback, complaints and service recovery
• Supporting rooms division, reservations, VIP arrivals and daily reporting

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Front of House Manager or Front Office Manager
• Strong luxury hotel or 4/5-star hotel experience
• Excellent guest service, communication and leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of hotel systems, reporting and front office procedures
• Professional presentation and strong attention to detail
