About the Role
Broadline Recruiters are currently recruiting an experienced Front Office Manager for a busy 4-star hotel in Co. Louth. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished and guest-focused hotel professional with strong front office leadership, systems knowledge and a passion for delivering excellent service standards.
Your Responsibilities
As Front Office Manager, your responsibilities will include:
• Managing daily front office operations, reception standards and guest experience
• Leading, training and developing the front office team
• Overseeing check-ins, check-outs, reservations support and guest communications
• Handling guest feedback, complaints and service recovery professionally
• Managing front office systems, reporting, cash handling and daily procedures
• Working closely with accommodation, reservations and senior hotel management
Requirements
• Previous experience as a Front Office Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager or senior Reception Manager
• Strong 4-star hotel or quality hotel front office experience
• Excellent guest service, communication and team leadership skills
• Good knowledge of hotel PMS systems and front office procedures
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Professional presentation and a hands-on management style
