About the Role
Broadline Recruiters are currently recruiting an experienced Sales Manager for a busy 4-star hotel in Dublin City. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused hotel sales professional with strong account management, business development and local market knowledge.

Your Responsibilities
As Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and developing corporate, leisure, group and MICE accounts
• Driving new business opportunities across the Dublin hotel market
• Building strong client relationships through sales calls, site visits and networking
• Working closely with revenue, reservations, events and operations teams
• Preparing proposals, contracts, sales reports and commercial updates
• Achieving agreed sales targets and supporting hotel revenue growth

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Sales Manager within a hotel environment
• Strong knowledge of corporate, leisure, group and event sales
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Commercially focused with a proven ability to deliver sales results
• Experience within a 4-star hotel is highly desirable
• Professional, organised and confident when dealing with clients
