Human Resource Executive

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a comprehensive and professional human resource service. This role involves assisting in recruitment, employee relations, performance relations, performance management and HR administration while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• The Human Resource Executive will support the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinate interviews. 
• The Human Resource Executive will assist with onboarding and induction of new employees. 
• The Human Resource Executive will maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. 
• The Human Resource Executive will provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation. 
• The Human Resource Executive will support employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance processes. 
• The Human Resource Executive will assist in performance management processes and employee development initiatives. 
• The Human Resource Executive will coordinate training and development programs.
• The Human Resource Executive will prepare HR reports and metrics for management review. 
• The Human Resource Executive will ensure compliance with GDPR and confidentiality of employee information. 
• The Human Resource Executive will support payroll administration and benefits coordination. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Previous experience in an HR or administrative role (1–3 years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems

Desirable Skills: 

• CIPD qualification or working towards certification
• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Knowledge of HR analytics and reporting tools
