About the Role
Broadline Recruiters are currently recruiting a Proactive Sales Manager for a luxury hotel in Dublin City. This role would suit a driven hotel sales professional with strong business development skills and a proven ability to secure corporate, leisure, MICE and group business.

Your Responsibilities
As Proactive Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Managing corporate, leisure, group and MICE sales activity
• Building strong client relationships and driving account growth
• Conducting sales calls, site visits, networking and client meetings
• Working closely with revenue, events and senior hotel management

Requirements

• Previous hotel sales experience, ideally within a luxury or 4/5-star property
• Strong proactive business development and account management skills
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation ability
• Strong commercial awareness and target-driven approach
• Knowledge of the Dublin hotel market is an advantage
