Job Description
The Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering high-quality spa treatments and therapies to hotel guests in a professional, relaxing, and safe environment, ensuring excellent customer service, wellbeing outcomes, and adherence to spa and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
· The Spa Therapist will deliver a range of spa treatments including massages, facials, and body therapies.
· The Spa Therapist will provide professional consultations and recommend suitable treatments and products.
· The Spa Therapist will ensure every guest receives a high standard of customer care and relaxation experience.
· The Spa Therapist will maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and spa areas.
· The Spa Therapist will ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
· The Spa Therapist will carry out accurate guest record keeping and treatment documentation.
· The Spa Therapist will promote and upsell spa treatments, packages, and retail products.
· The Spa Therapist will prepare treatment rooms before and after each guest session.
· The Spa Therapist will maintain product knowledge and stay updated on spa treatments and trends.
· The Spa Therapist will handle guest feedback and ensure service recovery where necessary.
· The Spa Therapist will ensure correct use and maintenance of spa equipment and products.
· The Spa Therapist will work collaboratively with spa reception and wider hotel teams.
· The Spa Therapist will follow all booking schedules and ensure punctuality for treatments.
· The Spa Therapist will assist with maintaining stock levels and reporting shortages.

Essential Requirements
· Qualification in Beauty Therapy, Massage Therapy, or Spa Therapy.
· Previous experience in a spa, salon, or hospitality environment.
· Strong customer service and communication skills.
· Knowledge of massage techniques and spa treatments.
