The Breakfast Chef will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure guests receive a consistent and enjoyable dining experience each morning.

The Breakfast Chef will ensure all breakfast items are prepared in accordance with recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards.
The Breakfast Chef will organise and prepare mise en place to ensure efficient breakfast service.
The Breakfast Chef will monitor food quality, freshness, and stock rotation throughout the breakfast shift.
The Breakfast Chef will ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety legislation, and company policies.
The Breakfast Chef will maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
The Breakfast Chef will monitor food stock levels and communicate ordering requirements to senior chefs.
The Breakfast Chef will minimise food waste through effective portion control and stock management.
The Breakfast Chef will ensure all food is correctly labelled, stored, and rotated in accordance with food safety procedures.
The Breakfast Chef will assist with the preparation of lunch or other kitchen duties where required following breakfast service.
The Breakfast Chef will maintain kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues promptly.
The Breakfast Chef will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in maintaining smooth kitchen operations.

Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef, Chef de Partie, Commis Chef, or similar kitchen role.
Good knowledge of breakfast preparation and food presentation.
Excellent understanding of HACCP and Irish food safety regulations.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
Full eligibility to work in Ireland.
Professional culinary qualification.
HACCP certification.
Manual Handling certification.
Experience working within a hotel, restaurant, café, or contract catering environment.
Knowledge of allergen management and special dietary requirements.
