Warehouse Manager

Our Warehouse and Logistics client based in Dublin 24 are actively seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead their Warehouse Operations. This role will involve managing a team of warehouse operatives. This role requires candidates with previous experience in a senior warehouse manager role.

Role Requirements:

• The Warehouse Manager will manage the daily operations of the warehouse, including goods in, goods out, pick & pack as well as dispatch.
• Ensuring inventory accuracy through regular stock takes.
• Monitor warehouse operatives KPI’s including productivity, order accuracy, stock accuracy and on-time dispatch.
• Maintain compliance with Health & Safety policies.
• Train, develop and lead the warehouse team.

Candidate Requirements:

• The Warehouse Manager will have a minimum of three years’ experience in a Warehouse Management position.
• Proven experience managing a team of at least five plus staff.
• Strong knowledge utilising WMS as well as MS 365.
• A full, clean driving license.
• A valid Counterbalance forklift licenses is required.
• A valid Reach Truck license is desirable.

Salary €45,000 +

Hours 39 hours

8am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday
