Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a candidate who is self-motivated, flexible, able to work on their own initiative, assist in leading an award winning team and deliver the highest level of customer service.

The role

• To ensure all guests receive a positive and memorable dining experience.
• To promote sales and to actively engage with guests and to encourage restaurant reservations.
• To assist the restaurant manager in hiring and training of all team members;
• To ensure that a high quality of service is maintained at all times
• To assist in achieving team targets in line with the Company’s goals and objectives

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy service environment.
• Well groomed and take pride in their appearance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests and team members.
• Superb attention to detail while adhering to revenue, cost and margins.
• Flexibility, reliability and enthusiasm.
• Team Focused and standards driven.

Salary Guide €30-33K
