Role: Assistant Warehouse Manager – PM Shift

Location: North County Dublin – Own Transport Required

Salary: €45k – €50k

At Broadline Recruiters we are currently seeking a professional and motivated Assistant Warehouse Manager to join a dynamic, fast paced team based in North County Dublin. The Assistant Warehouse Manager plays a critical role in the management of daily warehouse activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and helping to streamline processes for better efficiency.

Role Requirements:

• Daily Management of the back shift warehouse team.
• Rostering of all shifts / leave, ensuring minimal disruption and business continuity.
• Control of operational processes including cross dock warehouse, road freight and exports warehouses.
• Ensure all daily export trailers are loaded and departed to meet ferry sailings.
• Drive efficiency by being part of the project team to streamline movement of goods, via scanning, labelling and handling of goods.
• Monitor and manage 3^rd party service providers while on site to ensure full compliance around loading / offloading.
• Ensure all procedures are adhered to in relation to health and safety, performance, industry compliance and in line with our weekly internal audits.
• Ensure the training for the warehouse team is in line and up to date.
• Attend weekly and monthly health & safety and operational meetings.
• Ensure all warehouse & transport related reports are actioned each night and sent to relevant departments.
• Ensure all daily MHE checks are made and completed.
• Liaise with the daytime shift, management and leaders to ensure handovers are completed.

Candidate Requirements:

• A counterbalance operator’s license is essential.
• Basic knowledge of computerized TMS systems, warehouse functions and MS Office (Excel).
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Relevant experience within a warehouse environment.
• Self-motivated with good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
