Bar General Manager Full Time

Job Title: Bar General Manager – Busy Gastro Bar, South Dublin
Salary: €55,000 per annum
Location: South Dublin

We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar General Manager to lead the operations of a vibrant and high-volume gastro bar in South Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional with a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences, driving sales, and leading a strong front-of-house team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day bar and floor operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of bar and floor staff to deliver outstanding customer service

• Drive sales, manage stock, and ensure cost control targets are met

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance

• Develop and implement service standards, seasonal promotions, and local marketing initiatives

• Liaise with kitchen and events teams to ensure seamless coordination across all departments

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar senior management role within a high-volume bar or gastro pub

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills

• Proven ability to drive revenue and maintain operational controls

• A hands-on approach with a passion for quality food, drink, and hospitality

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
