Bar Manager – 4* Property Kilkenny
Our Client has a fantastic opportunity for a Bars Manager to join our 4* Property in Kilkenny.
Main Duties:
- To ensure all guests have a memorable experience of hospitality service.
- To ensure our obligations under licensing legislation are appropriately met and delivered professionally.
- To ensure security of cash, stock, float drop, till management and related procedures
- Oversee staff development and training to ensure the team provide the highest quality standards
- To ensure exemplary leadership in managing the team.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills .
- Self-motivated and have positive attitude.
- Passionate about hospitality and excellent service .
- Flexible with hours.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, time management and organisational skills.
