The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting a skilled Chef de Partie to join a high-end restaurant in Dublin South. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef to work in a professional kitchen environment, delivering high-quality dishes and maintaining exceptional culinary standards.

You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, contributing to a strong team focused on consistency, creativity, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage a designated section of the kitchen during service
• Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard
• Ensure smooth service and maintain strong communication with the team
• Support junior chefs and contribute to team development
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and HACCP compliance
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste management
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and organisation at all times

Requirements
• 2+ years’ experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
• Experience in a high-end or quality-focused kitchen environment
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and presentation
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced service
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
