Commis Chef / Chef de Partie
Location: Dublin West
Salary: €30-33k
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Preparing and serving the highest quality of food to a high standard.
- Ensuring dishes are prepared in a timely fashion.
- Ensure excellent food hygiene practice is observed in the entire food chain from storage through to preparation and service.
- Ensure HACCP compliance within the kitchen, restaurant, and bar.
- Ensure the kitchen equipment is in working order; report any maintenance issues to your supervisor.
Candidate:
- Must be passionate about food and have a desire to learn and advance in their career.
- Must have a minimum of one year’s previous experience in a similar position.
- Must be standards driven with excellent attention to detail.
- Must have the ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment.
- Should have detailed knowledge of HACCP.
- Must be flexible with regards to hours.
