A prestigious luxury hotel in County Meath is currently seeking an experienced and hands-on Conference & Banqueting Operations Manager to lead the delivery of exceptional events, meetings, and banqueting functions. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and oversee a wide range of high-profile occasions in an elegant setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all conference, banqueting, and event operations from set-up to breakdown

• Lead and motivate the events team to deliver seamless service and guest satisfaction

• Liaise with the Events and Sales teams to ensure accurate execution of client requirements

• Oversee staffing levels, rotas, training, and performance for C&B operations

• Ensure compliance with health & safety and food service regulations

• Monitor event budgets, costs, and stock control

• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation across all function spaces

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior conference and banqueting role within a 4- or 5-star hotel

• Proven ability to lead and manage a team in a high-volume event environment

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Hands-on approach with a focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event schedules as required
