Job Summary:

A renowned 5-star hotel in Dublin city centre is currently seeking a passionate and talented Demi Chef de Partie – Pastry to join its award-winning kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious pastry professional to develop their skills in a luxury environment that values quality, creativity, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Pastry Chef and Chef de Partie in preparing and presenting high-quality pastry items across the hotel’s dining outlets.

• Maintain high standards of presentation, portion control, and taste in all dishes produced.

• Ensure adherence to HACCP procedures and all food safety regulations.

• Support with daily mise en place and contribute ideas to menu development.

• Take responsibility for maintaining a clean and organised pastry section.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a pastry kitchen, ideally within a 5-star hotel or fine dining environment.

• A genuine passion for pastry with a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen as part of a team.

• Culinary qualification and strong knowledge of pastry techniques.

• Flexible, reliable, and eager to learn and grow within a professional kitchen.
