Deputy General Manager – 5* Hotel Dublin City Centre
My client is looking for an experienced Deputy General Manager/Hotel Manager to join their prominent 5* hotel in the heart of Dublin City Centre. The role requires a highly organised person with a strong background in both the Food & Beverage Department and Rooms side of the business. The successful candidate will need the following requirements:
The Role Requirements:
- Lead and manage the team for day-to-day operations.
- Experience in a 5* or luxury 4* property.
- Develop strategic reports alongside the General Manager.
- Have a strong background in Food and Beverage.
- Ensure financial outlooks for Rooms, Food and Beverage, Admin are on target and accurate.
- Organise interdepartmental meetings with HODs.
- Knowledge of principles, policies, and practices of management.
- Budget and target implementation.
- Plan prepare and review financial reports for weekly and quarterly meetings.
The Candidate Requirements:
- Strong background in Food and Beverage.
- Maintain key focus on Revenue creation.
- Ability to lead a large team.
- Demonstrate business acumen and integrity.
- Leadership skills.
- Maintain effective professional relationships with all team members.
Salary Guide: €80-85K
