Dining Supervisor – Contract Catering

Searching for a Dining Supervisor to lead a dynamic team in a busy Catering environment.

Role: Dining Supervisor 

• Monday – Friday, variable
• Day time hours
• 37.5 hours per week
• Salary: Negotiable
• Parking and On-site meals are provided

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily service operations, to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards
• Lead and motivate the food service team, providing guidance, training and performance feedback to foster a positive work environment and maximize productivity
• Collaborate with the Catering Manager and Head Chef to develop food offers
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies and equipment to maintain sufficient stock and minimize waste
• Enforce strict sanitation, safety and hygiene practices in compliance with food safety regulations and company policies. 

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a food service environment
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve common goals
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and willingness to ensure compliance at all times
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience in administration and rostering.
