Job Overview:
As the Food & Beverage Duty Manager at this luxury hotel, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will oversee daily F&B operations, maintain high service standards, and lead a team of passionate professionals to deliver outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:
- Supervise daily F&B operations including restaurant, bar, and room service.
- Ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage inventory, stock levels, and wastage to optimize costs.
- Handle guest feedback promptly and effectively to resolve any issues.

Team Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and train F&B staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Conduct regular briefings and meetings to communicate objectives and expectations.
- Schedule staff effectively to meet business demands while adhering to labor budgets.

Quality Assurance:
- Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols in accordance with hotel policies.

Guest Relations:
- Interact with guests to ensure their needs and preferences are met.
- Handle special requests and reservations, ensuring personalized service.
- Build rapport with regular guests to enhance their dining experiences.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role in a hotel environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, including food safety regulations and quality standards.
