Duty Manager

Job Overview:

As the Food & Beverage Duty Manager at this luxury hotel, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will oversee daily F&B operations, maintain high service standards, and lead a team of passionate professionals to deliver outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management:

   • Supervise daily F&B operations including restaurant, bar, and room service.
   • Ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
   • Monitor and manage inventory, stock levels, and wastage to optimize costs.
   • Handle guest feedback promptly and effectively to resolve any issues.

2. Team Leadership:

   • Lead, motivate, and train F&B staff to deliver exceptional service.
   • Conduct regular briefings and meetings to communicate objectives and expectations.
   • Schedule staff effectively to meet business demands while adhering to labor budgets.

3. Quality Assurance:

   • Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and hygiene.
   • Conduct regular inspections and audits to uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
   • Implement and enforce health and safety protocols in accordance with hotel policies.

4. Guest Relations:

   • Interact with guests to ensure their needs and preferences are met.
   • Handle special requests and reservations, ensuring personalized service.
   • Build rapport with regular guests to enhance their dining experiences.
