Duties & Responsibilities:
- We are seeking a candidate who can manage a busy all day bar & bistro.
- Training and development of staff is crucial.
- Assisting in development of menus and marketing of the restaurant.
- Controlling and managing stock and tills.
- Rostering, department planning and staff development.
- Engaging with customers and guests to enhance the experience and increase customer loyalty.
- Opportunity to grow within the organisation and develop career further.
Candidate:
- 3 years’ experience in similar role
- Passion for food and beverage
- Always looking to exceed customer expectations.
- Wine and coffee knowledge is beneficial.
