General Manager

Dublin, Full Time

Opportunity for General Manager to plan and direct the operations of the hotel. Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times and that sales are maximised to deliver profitability.

  • Manage the strategic business for hotel
  • Ensure financial targets are in place and that sales strategies are designed to achieve budgets
  • Encourage, lead, train and develop the team 
  • Ensure excellent customer service is delivered across all departments 
  • Support management team in achieving and delivering on guest expectations
  • Ensure costs/expenses are kept in line across hotel operation 
  • Oversee that revenue from rooms and food and beverage outlets is set in line with budgets 
  • Ensure that all H&S, Employment Legislation is adhered to 
  • Prepare all forecasts, budgets, month end reports as required

Previous experience as a General Manager or currently a Deputy General Manager/Operations Manager with 2/3 years experience
