This is a fantastic opportunity to join a renowned operation in the heart of the city, known for exceptional service, vibrant atmosphere, and premium dining experiences.

The ideal candidate will come from a large, high-volume city center venue and possess strong leadership, operational, and customer service skills. This is a hands-on role suited to a motivated and commercially-minded hospitality professional ready to lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of a busy, high-end restaurant and bar venue.

• Lead, train, and inspire a large front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest service.

• Ensure smooth coordination between service, kitchen, and support teams.

• Drive sales, manage budgets, and monitor KPIs to achieve commercial targets.

• Maintain the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and compliance across the venue.

• Support senior leadership with strategic planning, marketing, and event execution.

• Foster a strong culture of accountability, professionalism, and hospitality excellence.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a General Manager or senior FOH manager in a high-volume, fast-paced venue.

• Strong background in city center restaurant or high end venue operations management.

• Proven ability to manage large teams in a dynamic hospitality environment.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and guest engagement skills.

• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, costs, and targets.

• Flexible, hands-on approach with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Salary: Open and negotiable depending on experience.
